Job Description:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting and operation team.
- Reviewing bills, invoices against the purchase orders and checking for accuracy in reports and postings
- Data entry and receiving of purchase orders and sales orders.
- Issuing and posting invoices on different databases accurately and promptly
- Producing a variety of reports including receivables, payables, expenses, inventory and etc.
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Experience in accounting and or purchasing
- Computer skills: Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word), PDF, Email, and familiar with QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented: To avoid errors and recognize errors that have been made, be able to identify and fix the discrepancies.
- Integrity: Information should be used appropriately and kept confidential and keeping transparent records.
- Math skills: Work with numbers on a daily basis, familiar with converting currencies and unit measurements
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
- Working experiences in international business and logistics/shipping is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
