Hvac company looking to hire two experience lead technicians.
Area of service will be majority Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Lancaster.
We will meet every morning at the Job site or supply house
Majority of work will be residential Repair and Installation of split system, package units, ducting, swamp coolers, and restroom fans.
Our work is 100% city inspected.
With that being said we expect:
* Clean, quality work
* Technician to be presentable (clean) and ready to work
* Drug free
* Clean driving record
* Must have Osha 10 safety card or obtain before start date
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with client and office staff
* Must be able to retain knowledge

I'm looking for Technicians that are dedicated to the trade that know what there doing. Take pride in what they do.
Pay can be renegotiated in order to retain talented Technicians.
We offer bonus at the end of year base of how many jobs have past final inspection the 1st time.
Company pays 50% of medical insurance with Kaiser
