OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous HVAC/R Industry experience a plus
- Comfortable with Rooftops/climbing/heights
- Proven track record for exceeding sales goals
- Sales driven and self-motivated
- Full time position
- Valid Driver’s license required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily responsible for selling industrial preventative maintenance programs for both Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to end users in the South Los Angeles geography. Job requires rooftop equipment assessments and identification. Team up with home office to manage sales database, opportunities, customer portfolios and survey details. Responsible for customer communication to provide pro-active mechanical maintenance/service solutions resulting in the close of the sale.
