About Us:
Home Upgrade Specialist is a small family-owned business specializing in HVAC services in Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and are in search of a dedicated and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We will provide you with a vehicle (Company's Van), but you must bring your own tools.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial properties efficiently and professionally.
- If required, be present at HVAC inspections.
- Assess and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the management team to meet deadlines and operational goals.
- Conduct quality control checks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design and installation.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
