Responsibilities:

Understand the features and benefits of the company's skincare products to provide professional product introductions and recommendations to customers.
Recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customers' skin types and needs.
Achieve sales targets and complete monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
Maintain customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and address customer inquiries about product usage.
Participate in store displays and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor information, and provide market insights to supervisors.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Experience:

Prior experience in skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in skincare but no experience are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of skincare and an understanding of different skin types and their needs.
Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to effectively address customer concerns.
Strong service orientation, patience, and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
