ABOUT THE POSITION:

Contact and set appointments with a provided customer list - These hot leads are provided by our marketing department.
Meet with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend the best solutions.
Provide cost estimates for HVAC systems and services.
Handle sales and negotiations with clients.
Keep up-to-date with new HVAC technologies and products by attending Fleetwell trainings and meetings.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed upon.
Demonstrate company core values at all times.
Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments (leads provided).

ABOUT YOU:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Background in strengthening client relationships.
Demonstrated track record of delivering superior customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with clients and office staff.
Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and able to multitask.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
