Our retail team is expanding to keep up with the demand from our clients and retail partners and has an immediate opening for a Retail Customer Service Representative position. The Retail Customer Service Representative role is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has excellent communication skills, and has a natural ability to build relationships with anyone they meet. The Retail Customer Service Representative will work on-site at one of our in-store retail sales events, representing our clients and being the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with fellow Retail Customer Service Representative team members to engage with potential customers inside retailers
- Create an eye-catching retail event that aims to draw the attention of potential customers
- Provide additional information to potential customers, answer any questions they may have, and generate interest and excitement around our clients and their home improvement services
- Develop an understanding of our target audience and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs
- Participate in hands-on, training opportunities with senior members of our team
- Follow all compliance standards as required by our retail partners, client and company
Retail Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment
- Travel locally to our office in Woburn right outside of the greater Boston area
- Able to start immediately
- Experience working in a hospitality, customer service, or sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain your professionalism at all times
- Previous experience in technology and/or telecommunications is a plus
- Passion for people and building relationships with clients, customers, and team members
