Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that our Wellness Spa runs smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to a positive and restorative experience for our clients by supporting various back-of-house functions, including cleaning, maintaining and restocking the spa facility. You will be part of our staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience each and every time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the stocking and organization of merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain an appealing shopping environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to promote smooth transition and enhance customer service experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back-of-house areas, adhering to safety and health regulations.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Engage in teamwork and communication with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Able to clean and sanitize treatment suites after each use.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels, robes and linens.
- Removal of trash.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a wellness spa environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions with customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to drive sales through upselling techniques.
- A proactive attitude towards stock management and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Ability to work independently with suitable time management skills.
- Ability to lift moderate weight (e.g., laundry, trash) typically in the range of 5-10 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
