Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper cleaning and maintenance of above ground hot tubs and equipment. This role requires a hard worker and someone who takes pride in their work. The Maintenance Person will work with various tools and equipment, including power tools, cleaning tools, and will be involved in spa maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on above ground, stand alone hot tubs.
- Utilize power tools and cleaning tools for cleanings as needed.
- Conduct spa maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot spa related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A personable person with a great attitude.
- Experience in pool or spa maintenance/cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform spa cleanings efficiently and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers and management.
- Must own a reliable truck to work in.
