Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installers, Helpers and Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to work with various refrigeration equipment. The HVAC Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance.
Duties
- Install and maintain HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform equipment repair and troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including plumb and ductwork installation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in refrigerate systems, including troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Ability to build, plumb, and design effective HVAC solutions for various environments.
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
