Job Description
We are seeking a Pawn Broker / Retail Sales Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for providing confidential loans to customers, as well as purchase and selling products and merchandise, in a retail setting. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and personality; we will train you on everything you need to know and thrive in the position.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate collateral and lend money to customers
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Purchase merchandise from customers
- Sell merchandise to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers and co-workers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
