Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional golfing experience. The Associate position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, accurately handling customer transactions and cash handling duties
- Manage Toptracer wait list -
- Communicate with Toptracer Staff -Communicate with servers -Keep proshop and patio clean -Restock pro shop product as needed -Dress based on Glenoaks dress attire guidelines
Experience:
- Previous retail experience is essential, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred
- Basic math skills are required, with a strong understanding of retail math and cash handling procedures
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
