Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with hairstylists, salon owners, and cosmetology schools, introducing them to our products and driving sales.
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify potential customers (stylists, salon owners, schools) and connect with them via email, phone, or in-person visits.
- Promote our product range, including customizable boxes, hair color lines, and our Hair Bottox Effect treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Educate customers about our products' benefits and usage to meet their specific needs.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales through provided tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and promotions.

- Passion for the beauty or hair industry (experience in the field is a plus!).

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive 25% commission rate on all sales. High performers can achieve significant earnings.
