About the Role:
As a vital member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative social media strategies that captivate our audience, elevate our brand, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities:
**Content Creation:**
- Develop engaging and visually compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, showcasing our products and brand values.
- Comfortable being on camera, with the ability to film and edit content independently.
**Social Media Management:**
- Manage Oh Beauty’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
**Social Media Optimization:**
- Optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement by leveraging relevant keywords, hashtags, and tags.
- Ensure content is discoverable across social media platforms and search engines.
**Influencer Partnerships:**
- Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and content creators to amplify our brand reach and promote our products.
**Campaign Coordination:**
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and giveaways, to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
**Product Photography, Video, and Editing:**
- Capture high-quality product images and videos, and edit them for use in social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
**Copywriting:**
- Craft compelling and persuasive copy for social media captions, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
**Analytics and Reporting:**
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
**Trend Monitoring:**
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with beauty trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts in the beauty industry, with a track record of success.
- Advanced skills in product photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
- Ability to attend and assist during photo shoots as needed.
