Role: Brand Manager for Gelish/Morgan Taylor
As our Brand Manager, you will spearhead global and local marketing efforts for our products. This full-time, in-office position is perfect for a self-starter who loves to own the marketing mix and is an organized multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute custom marketing and advertising strategies.
- Manage key accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews and presentations.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are brought to market on time.
- Lead and grow your team, providing guidance and evaluation.
- Analyze P&L for products and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and marketing assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including graphic design, R&D, sales, supply chain, and external vendors.
- Generate reports and presentations and share marketing metrics with the team.
Skills & Experience:
- Self-starter with strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented problem solver.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Sage.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of product packaging and retail.
- BS in Marketing or Business preferred but not required.
- Experience in marketing for a manufacturer or B2B is a plus.
- Beauty industry or professional distributor experience (e.g., SalonCentric, Sally Beauty, Cosmoprof Beauty, Ulta) is a plus.
