About Us:
ROTO-Q 360 is an innovative, family-run business revolutionizing rotisserie cooking with our non-electric, portable rotisserie system. As we expand into retail and wholesale sales, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us break into new markets, establish partnerships, and grow our presence in stores.
This role is ideal for someone with sales experience in consumer goods, kitchen appliances, outdoor gear, or BBQ-related products. If you love networking, closing deals, and working in a dynamic startup environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
- Retail & Wholesale Sales: Identify, contact, and secure new retail and distribution partners for ROTO-Q 360.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and connect with prospective buyers, retailers, and distributors.
- Pitching & Negotiation: Present product value, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with new and existing retail partners to ensure repeat business.
- Trade Shows & Industry Events: Represent ROTO-Q 360 at events to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Sales Reporting: Track leads, sales performance, and provide market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales in sales, business development, or account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in consumer products, kitchenware, BBQ, or outdoor gear is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently pitch products and negotiate deals.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Comfortable working independently to hit sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with email outreach, and online sales platforms.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in e-commerce sales or distributor negotiations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay + Commission (negotiable based on experience)
