Position: Multi-Family/Light Commercial HVAC Installer
We are actively recruiting installers of all skill levels to join our team. As a Multi-Family/Light Commercial HVAC Installer, you’ll perform installations and retrofits on air conditioning and heating systems in commercial environments.
Responsibilities:
· Install HVAC systems, including rooftop package units, split systems, ductless split systems, humidity control systems, vent hoods, exhaust systems, and more.
· Read and interpret plans for duct layouts, pipe supports, and system configurations to ensure accurate installation.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
· Test HVAC systems to verify proper functionality, efficiency, and safety standards.
· Travel to assigned job sites as needed, ensuring timely and professional completion of tasks.
· Perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, and pulling materials/products, and standing for extended periods throughout each shift.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer, with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Proficient in using power and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong ability to read and interpret operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Must possess basic hand tools and cordless power tools necessary for the role.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. (Final candidate will undergo a Motor Vehicle Report check).
- Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
- Adherence to company and industry safety standards always.
Physical Requirements:
· Physically able to work on HVAC units.
· Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent requirements.
· Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
· 3 years of related experience is required.
Compensation and Benefits
· Hourly Range: $28.00 - $35.00 (Depending on experience)

Compliance Requirements
· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
· Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
