Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cell phone repair technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other internal parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct water damage treatment and repairs, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cell phone technology and repair techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering technical advice and recommendations.
- Handle common day-to-day operations such as opening/closing the retail store, placing parts orders, updating notes and status of ticketing system, etc.
- Experience in diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting Smart phones(Samsung, Apple, Google, LG....), computers, laptop , tablets, and gaming consoles. Anything from fixing a broken screen to data transfers.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure precise and meticulous repairs.
- Must be a good salesman with exceptional interaction and social skills.
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution and explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Ensure that customers have a positive and exceeding experience by providing timely and superior service.
- Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
- Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for cell phone repair, such as soldering irons, heat guns, and precision screwdrivers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Good communication skills ( prefer English and Spanish)
- Excellent Smart phones technical, problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours both weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving repair procedures and technologies.
- Self motivated , Positive attitude.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
