Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
3. Manage assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the sales management team to identify market trends and customer needs.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Skills
· Proven experience in business development and direct sales.
· Strong understanding of territory management principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
· Ability to conduct product demos that effectively highlight product value.
· Experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
