Job Overview:
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with entry level accounting needs in regards to preparing 1120S, 1040 (individual tax returns) and LLC tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of client financial documents
- Quarterly and yearly payroll tax report preparation
- Monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
- Assist management with financial reporting and special projects
Qualifications:
- Experience in Accounting, preferably in tax preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as being detail oriented
- General accounting knowledge - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield preferred
