Superior Duct Fabrication is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and modelling, as well as the ability to create compelling presentations and communicate complex information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support project management and decision-making.
- Develop presentations to showcase data.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain cost models
- Assist with developing market reports
- Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Create and apply statistical models to predict project outcomes, identify trends, and optimize construction processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in using professional data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
