Headquartered in Hawthorne, CA, Sattar & Associates is a growing tax accounting firm specializing in multi-state Sales and Use Tax compliance and consultation. We are currently hiring for a full-time Accountant to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Our Bookkeeper position is a full-time, overtime-eligible position within our firm.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage accounting transactions
- Auditing financial transactions, documents and procedures and resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling bank statements
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or other related field preferred
- 1-3 years of working experience as an Accountant
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks and accounting software
- A good team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
