We are a staffing agency seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client an Entertainment Business Management Company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to General Accounting, Bill Paying, A/P, A/R, preparing weekly/monthly reports, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Payroll, phones, calendar management, 1099 preparation, additional tasks and projects as needed.
This individual must be organized, accurate, and detailed. Must exercise a high level of discretion with confidential information. Must be professional and polished. Candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This is an in-person job working in the office. MUST have previous experience as a Bookkeeper.
Skills and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
· MUST have previous minimum of 5 years' bookkeeping experience. Entertainment, Business Management, or Real Estate experience is highly preferred
· Must have excellent computer skills including QuickBooks Pro, ADP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be organized, detail oriented and have a high level of accuracy
· Must be enthusiastic and a team player
· Excellent references
Salary:
$70K to $85K DOE + benefits
