We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Duties
- Generating new business through outbound sales calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Collaborate with team members to create strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Present product offerings in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Track sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
