- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
