The primary responsibilities for the Entry Level Sales Associate role is to build, train, and develop sales representatives within a retail environment working to represent our home improvement clients. The Entry Level Sales Associate will develop the knowledge of our clients to work with customers on a daily basis to create the desired design of their dreams. Our clients offer a range of services from kitchen remodeling to expanding to reborn bathrooms. You name it, our clients can make the magic happen, leaving any room unrecognizable. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers within our retail environment to create new customer acquisitions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through effective communication, prospecting and networking with both customers, clients, and top associates
- Demonstrate and explain our home improvements products and services to meet customer needs and develop their desired design and/or renovations
- Handle negotiations and finalize sales agreements to achieve targets
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to improve results
- Work with team members to refine sales strategies and activities on assigned accounts
Qualifications for our Entry Level Sales Associates:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop sales and account management techniques
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Reliable transportation to our local office
