Position: Accounting/ Inventory Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience as an inventory specialist in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills, oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- College degree and experience with Sage, a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating Work Order in Sage, Issuing Work Tickets, and Picking Sheets for Production.
- Completing Work Orders in Sage based on completed jobs reported in the Production Report.
- Receiving Purchase Orders in Sage, assisting AP in matching materials delivered to invoices received.
- Prepare Purchase Orders for approved suppliers as requested by managers.
- Assist purchasing in following up orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support the team in resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders or delivery.
- Assist the team in researching issues relating to inventory count discrepancies in Sage.
- Assist in Entering Bill of Materials in Sage.
- Support the team in Year End Physical Inventory.
- Performing other accounting functions as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40. per week
