What you will do:

· Operate the point of sales system; open and close out the cash register daily while ensuring the balance is correct

· Successfully engage with multiple customers at a time while providing each with an attentive and exceptional shopping experience

· Key holder,open or close according to store protocol

· Maintain cleanliness protocol assigned to shift

· Provide knowledge to customers about water types in stores and industrial filtration system at water bar

· Utilize knowledge in order to up sale water types

· Maintains the company standards while providing an outstanding customer experience

· Assist customers who are not capable of carrying their purchase to their car

· Assist with opening and closing of store

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to maximize customer satisfaction while protecting company assets

· Must meet sales goals and conversions on a daily, weekly and monthly quota

Must Haves:

· Punctual

· Flexible schedule

· Retail sales experience and sales oriented

· Highly organized and self-motivated

· Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient in English, reading and writing

· Adaptability in any given situation

· Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others

· Conscious of the importance of sanitation

· Familiar with community needs and culture
