*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and providing exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Provide product knowledge to customers - Process returns and exchanges - Meet sales targets and goals *Skills* - Experience in retail sales is preferred - Ability to perform basic math calculations - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with retail math concepts - Bilingual skills are a plus - Proficient in operating a cash register - Strong attention to detail in cash handling - Ability to supervise and lead a team is advantageous
