Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of multiple retail locations to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales management and customer service.
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or regional management roles, preferably in grocery or wireless sales environments.
- Strong background in training development with the ability to create engaging learning experiences for employees.
- Excellent inventory control skills with a keen eye for detail in stock management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit top talent and build effective teams.
