Duties

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling procedures effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and cash register.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts.
- A positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
