We are a growing pro makeup manufacturer based in Alhambra, CA seeking a strong sales representative with an background in customer education.
The Successful Candidate Profile:
- Sales experience in Cosmetics or Beauty related industry
- Must be able to hit the ground running when it comes to figuring out what our customers' needs are, and to find creative ways to reach out and grab peoples attention
- Must be able to compose professional emails that speak to the needs of our customers and keep them engaged and interested in your emails
- Must have strong computer skills (PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, etc)
- Must be extremely tech savvy
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have a proven tract record of turning contacts in to customers
- Must have a "no excuses" attitude towards sales
- Must be responsible for all sales and education activity
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to work with HubSpot
- Must be a sales oriented communication guru
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Reliable transportation
Position Profile:
- Compose emails to new leads and current accounts
- Cold calls to make connections with new leads
- Maintain customer engagement
- Schedule appointments for product knowledge webinars
- Coordinate with company educators and marketing department
- Create and maintain relationships
- Create, update, and manage sales scripts, customer lists, and contact schedule
- Analyze email open rates and create ways to improve open and response rate
- Create strategies to improve customer engagement and reduction disconnections/silence
- Conduct web-based seminars (webinars), video conference
- Engage leads and accounts. Create opportunities!
- Interact with DMs on Instagram account
- Repost tagged content in stories on Instagram

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
