We are looking for an experienced candidate to apply as an Administrative Assistant to a Real Estate development, Property Management and Leasing Office to over 100 retail and warehouse units. We need someone who is focused and can multitask, a fast learner and can work in a sometimes fast paced environment. Someone who has no problems running errands for the company and who can drive the company car with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors at the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and assistance.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 10, Outlook for calendar management and Excel for document preparation.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support administrative functions as needed.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and filing systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a must.
