Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and packing slips.
- Verify approvals and coding on invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized files and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in an office/clerical role.
- Solid basic clerical skills, including data entry and filing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Google Suite.
- Some experience with QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Position is in-person in Gardena, CA.
- Hourly rate range: $21.00-$24.00.
