Technician must be hard working, willing to work 6 days a week, can perform compressor change outs and fully troubleshoot commericial hvac units such as package units and split systems. We are looking for a technician that with at least four "4" years of experience in the HVAC industry is a must. Motivated, hard working and someone with schooling preferred for troubleshooting experience. Unfortunately we are not looking for apprentices at this time.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute HVAC designs accurately.
- Provide exceptional service as a field technician, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new builds.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on HVAC equipment and plumbing systems.
