We are currently interviewing for an Accounts Payables Clerk who is dynamic, positive, and a self-sufficient professional. The Accounts Payables Clerk processes revenue, cash/banking information, accounts receivables and accounts payables transactions for all our client’s companies. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Processes outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payables ledger, for main and sub companies to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
- Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Print accounts payable checks and match with approved vendor invoices.
- Perform same duties for multiple sub companies.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Experience w AP (accounts payable) and AR (accounts receivable). Able to process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Data Entry: Seamlessly able to perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Ect.)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean a plus)
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
