Staffing agency seeking a temp / temp to hire (Part-Time) Bookkeeper for our client, a Business Manager. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have previous experience as a bookkeeper.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- General bookkeeping
- Preparing reports
- General Ledger
- Data entry
- Bill paying
- Phones
- Calendar management
- Filing and scanning
- Reconciliations
- Preparing out going mail
- Interacting with clients
- Additional tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- MUST have bookkeeping experience. Real Estate, Finance, Banking or Entertainment Business Management highly preferred.
- Must have excellent computer skills including, QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft and Outlook
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have a high level of accuracy
- Must be professional
- Must have stable work history and excellent references
Salary: $35.00 /hour to $50.00 / hour as a temp DOE
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
