Full time position available for general office clerical/bookkeeping work:
- Answering phones
- Recording incoming paperwork
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Payroll processing
- Filing
- Assisting clients when dropping off/picking up paperwork
Candidate must speak Spanish & English and have basic computer skills.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm. This is an entry level position and we will provide training. Immediate hire.
We offer paid sick days, paid vacation days and major holidays paid.
After one month of employment, performance will be evaluated and you will be eligible for a pay increase.
