Join Our Fast-Paced Accounts Receivable Team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts receivable? We're looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles (ZIP code 90021). Responsibilities: Process credit memos and adjustments with accuracy. Analyze and understand aging reports to identify past-due accounts. Proactively follow up with over 500 active customer accounts via phone and email to collect payments. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including formulas, cell manipulation, and updating totals. Maintain a well-organized electronic filing system using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling meetings, managing contacts, and creating folders. Qualifications: Experience working with Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate). Bilingual Spanish Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. and one Saturday a month from 1:00 am to 6:00 am to cashier, with occasional overtime required. Ready to join a dynamic team? We are waiting for you.
